Class Registration Info
Class registration opens typically a few weeks before the first day of the session.
- Classes are filled by a first-come-first-serve basis for each priority level on registration day.
- Families must be registered (family registration) in order to register students for classes on registration day. It is recommended you register and add your students prior to this day!
- Your dashboard invoice is only an estimate and may be adjusted, as needed.
Registration is opened up based on priority, our board members and teachers are able to register their child(ren) for classes before it is opened up to general members of our co-op. Popular classes tend to fill quickly, the best way to snag one of those spots is to sign up to be a teacher!
Many classes have age requirements. These are set by the teacher and will only be waived in extreme cases approved by the board. Please do not try to place your child in a class they are not eligible for.
All of our classes are limited in space. These are set by the teacher and will only be waived in extreme cases approved by the board.
Classes that do not meet the required size requirements set by the teacher may be cancelled. The board will make every effort to accommodate child(ren) who were registered for a class that is cancelled.
IMPACT does offer scholarships to help offset the cost of non-contracted classes. If you know of a family who could benefit from this type of assistance, please contact the Program Director for more information.
